6 Week Bootcamp

Six weeks. 3 x 30 minute sessions per week.

Shredding the pounds and inches off as you go.

Not for the faint hearted.

Bootcamp means interval training – bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.

Expect calisthenics, push ups, lunges, squats, sprints, military-style drills and so much more.

You will work like you have never worked before but if you put the effort in, you will get your reward back out.

Stay off the scales. We measure success in inches off and we have the results to prove it works.

Pay your monthly membership and book into as many small group fitness classes as you want for the whole of that month.
