  • You can even book and manage your classes from your phone using our simple booking system.

We work on a very simple training philosophy: to achieve your fitness goals you need to train as HARD as you can for as LONG as you can while maintaining GOOD FORM.

Express Circuits

Moving through a series of exercise stations working all muscle groups, Express Circuits is the perfect full body workout in a supercharged 30 minute session.

Short bursts of cardio and resistance work see your heart rate rocketing and fat burning as you power through the stations.

Barbell Blast

The 30 minute full body workout that will have you shredding fat and building lean muscle.

High reps at low weights on a studio barbell with squats, curls, presses and deadlifts.

Release your inner Rocky Balboa with pad based punching routines and a full blooded cardio workout.

You’ll do it circuit style – including skipping, ab work, agility work then some pad work as well.

Legs, Bums & Tums

When asked which parts of their body they want to tone up and reduce body fat on, our ladies invariably go for their Legs, their Bums and their Tums.

Our 30 minute LBT class incorporates aerobic exercises that work all three of these areas, building strength, toning and tightening.

Suitable for all fitness levels, Legs, Bums & Tums is a perennial favourite with ladies of all ages.

Core Conditioning

Improve your posture, walk taller and increase your overall body strength by working on your abdominals, glute area and back through a series of carefully planned exercises and routines.

Body Blitz

Our brand new class for 2019.

Body Blitz is an all-rounder, incorporating light weight barbell, plate and body weight workouts.

Great calorie torching class.
